If you would like to return a product purchased from Beauty Project, please fill out the return form below. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction and make the return process as easy as possible.

Deadlines for Return

• The return must be requested within 7 working days after receiving the product.

• Products must be returned in original packaging, unused and in perfect resale condition.

• The return request must include the invoice number and date.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Procedure for Return

1. Fill out the return form on this page, including all required information.

2. Once we receive your request, we will email you further instructions on how to return the product.

3. Accepted returns will entitle you to a credit note that can be used for future purchases.

Please note: Goods returns are subject to approval by Beauty Project and some exceptional cases may be subject to an administrative fee of CHF 20.
